Perth Heavy Haulage has two available hardstand areas for long- or short-term lease – these are fully fenced and secure for all your vehicles and machinery storage requirements.

Lower Chittering 

The property is located approx. 3km North of Muchea BP. Access from the Great Northern Highway is via Wandena road with the lowest power line being 7.5m High. 

Access is from Wandena Road thru 12m wide locked double gates. The property is a securely fenced hard stand with gravel base and drainage falling to Water Dam.

The site has a transformer to the corner of Powderbark and Wandena with 3 phase power available.

The property is divided into two parts as per plan attached bottom section approx. 50,000m2 and top section approx. 20,000m2.

Grass Valley 

This property is located at Lot 25 Spionkop Road Grass Valley,  90 minutes from Perth and 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Northam, Western Australia in the Avon Valley area.

This hardstand is fully fence for security with gravel base levelled ground with a natural fall towards drainage.
